Meet your guide

Emma Brinkman, creator of Ebb & Flow, is a certified Menstrual Cycle Mentor and somatic women’s guide. She brings over a decade of teaching experience to her work with women. As a professional, trauma-informed teacher, once-farmer, and trained dancer, Emma combines a comprehensive understanding of how the brain learns, with an Earth-centered and embodied approach to personal transformation and women’s health. She healed over a decade-long struggle with PCOS and irregular cycles naturally, using the tools and practices she so eagerly shares with clients.

Ebb & Flow honors the wisdom of the moon and the tides to remind us of life's inherent ups and downs. Through her work, Emma aspires to teach women the power of connecting with a more grounded, rested, cyclical way of being in the world, which is the perfect medicine for modern times.‍ ‍

    This course explores both the science and the emotional-spiritual process of the menstrual cycle. Through tracking your own cycle, you will cultivate body literacy as well as a deeper connection to your ever-changing needs throughout the menstrual month, which will support you in improving your health and setting boundaries that support your holistic well being.

  • Embodiment

    Through interoception and somatic practice suggestions, this course will support you in deepening your awareness of your body, in order to drop out of living solely in your mind and live in greater harmony with your body. Your body, mind and spirit are intricately connected, and your healing is dependent on the well being of all areas of your life.

  • Cyclical Living

    Cyclical living is the practice of aligning daily life with natural cycles—such as the menstrual cycle, lunar phases, and seasonal shifts—to support well-being and balance. It encourages tuning into the body's rhythms, honoring periods of rest and renewal, and embracing the ebb and flow of energy and creativity. Through this course, you will gain a deeper understanding of the way your body’s cycles are reflected in the natural world, so you can use this wisdom to support greater balance and ease.
