1:1 Mentorship for Women

Personalized, body-centered support for women ready to slow down, listen more deeply, and build greater trust in themselves.

My private work weaves together somatic embodiment, herbalism, nervous system nourishment, cyclical awareness, ritual, sensuality, and practical women’s wellness—tailored to your body, your season of life, and what is asking for attention now.

A Grounded, Relational Approach

There is no single formula for coming back into relationship with yourself.

My 1:1 work draws from herbalism, somatic practice, menstrual and cyclical awareness, nervous system education, ritual, movement, and embodied self-inquiry. Together, we explore the practices that are most relevant to your body, your patterns, and the season of life you are moving through.

Rather than pushing through, optimizing harder, or treating the body as a problem to solve, we learn to notice its signals and respond with greater curiosity, care, and discernment.

We may explore your energy and menstrual rhythms, patterns of activation or shutdown, stress and overgiving, herbal allies, boundaries, sensuality, transitions, rest, or the practices that help you feel more rooted in yourself.

This is educational mentorship and relational support. It is not therapy or medical treatment. My role is not to give you another external formula to follow, but to help you cultivate the body awareness, knowledge, and self-trust to hear yourself more clearly.

Who This Work Is For

You may feel drawn to this work if you’re tired of overriding your body in order to keep up.

If you’re high-functioning on the outside, but quietly exhausted beneath the surface.

If you sense your body is communicating with you, but you’re not always sure how to understand or trust what you hear.

If you’ve tried mindset shifts, productivity systems, or self-care trends… yet still feel disconnected from your natural rhythm.

If you long for steadiness in your nervous system — not just temporary relief, but a deeper capacity to regulate, soften, and respond with choice.

This work is for women who are ready to slow down enough to listen.

Women who want to build body literacy instead of relying on external formulas.

Women who want to approach growth and healing through relationship, rhythm, and embodied practice rather than force.

You do not need to be in crisis.
You do not need to have everything figured out.

But you do need to be willing to show up honestly and engage in slow, attentive work.

Honey & Bone

A 3-Month Private Mentorship for Women

Honey & Bone is my signature private container for women ready to move beyond insight and into embodied integration.

Over three months, we work slowly and steadily — weaving menstrual cycle awareness, nervous system literacy, somatic practice, and ritual into your real, lived life.

This is not a quick reset or surface-level support. It is relational mentorship designed to help you rebuild self-trust from the inside out.

Together, we learn to read the patterns of your cycle, your activation and shutdown, your seasons of energy and rest — so that your body becomes a source of guidance rather than something to manage.

This container is for women ready to be met consistently, held gently, and supported in deep, sustainable change.

Reflections from Women I’ve Mentored

“I felt super supported and safe in the sessions to share about my life and health. I think you did an amazing job guiding me through a new and vast topic without making things feel overwhelming. Your obvious knowledge and passion for this subject really comes through and I can't thank you enough.”

— Ava L.

“I now possess not only knowledge about my cycle based in science, but knowledge about myself: mind, body, and spirit. Now, cycle awareness is a lens through which I look inward. It’s a tool with which I inch myself toward self-care, self-acceptance, self-advocacy. Through my mentorship, I have put into practice impactful habits that take up hardly any time at all. Emma brought deep knowledge of the female body, mindfulness practices, and her own personal experience of cyclical living to every session, and yet each session felt so personalized to me.”

— Siena E.

Four-Session Private Series

For women who want steady support across a defined season—without committing to a longer mentorship container.

Across four 60-minute sessions, we identify the patterns and areas of your life asking for deeper attention and draw from the Ebb & Flow practices most supportive to you. This might include somatic embodiment, nervous system support, herbalism, menstrual or cyclical awareness, boundaries, ritual, sensuality, movement, or everyday practices that help you feel more rooted in yourself.

The series gives us enough continuity to notice patterns, experiment with practices, and integrate what you are learning into your everyday life.

An Invitation…

If you feel the quiet pull to reconnect with your body — to understand its rhythms, respond to its needs, and move through life with more steadiness and self-trust — this work may be for you.

My purpose is to support women in reconnecting with the wisdom already within them. Through herbalism, somatics, menstrual cycle awareness, ritual, and embodied practice, I guide women toward living in deeper alignment with their body’s unique rhythms, desires, and needs.

If you’re ready to explore what this could look like in your own life, I invite you to begin.
