My work bridges ancient wisdom with modern embodiment practices, weaving menstrual cycle awareness, nervous system literacy, and somatic tools into a nourishing, relational mentorship for women.

My approach is heart-centered and grounded. Rather than pushing through, optimizing harder, or overriding the body, we learn to read its patterns and respond with care.

Through both menstrual cycle awareness and nervous system literacy, you begin to notice the rhythms of your energy, activation, shutdown, sensitivity, and restoration. Through somatic practice and deep feminine healing, we move from intellectual understanding into embodied experience — supporting you in feeling more regulated, nourished, and at home within yourself.

Over the years, I’ve seen how profoundly women shift when they are given space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, track their cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild self-trust from the inside out.

This is educational mentorship rooted in body literacy and relational support. It is not therapy or medical treatment, but it is deep, attentive work designed to cultivate steadiness, clarity, and embodied self-trust.

Over three months, we work slowly and steadily — weaving menstrual cycle awareness, nervous system literacy, somatic practice, and ritual into your real, lived life.

This is not a quick reset or surface-level support. It is relational mentorship designed to help you rebuild self-trust from the inside out.

Together, we learn to read the patterns of your cycle, your activation and shutdown, your seasons of energy and rest — so that your body becomes a source of guidance rather than something to manage.
